Great work! There are never enough "rust repair" threads. Fluid Film is awesome, it really does creep everywhere. I sprayed it everywhere 5 years ago and you can still see where it is damp from where it has creeped. I like the smell too. :)
 
That looks great! I'm getting ready to start repairing some significant rust on a '90 62 we recently purchased. Your thread has some great information and motivation!!
 
Use the .024 wire works better you can run it colder. That being said I never take the time to change out the .035 and just deal with it. Make sure to jump around a lot while your tacking, I'll usually keep a wet rag to dob it to try and keep it from warping that helps. Hell yall know the drill, great job, looks great!
