Looking at purchasing this 2003 Land Cruiser out of PA, good maintenance records, one owner and garage kept, 237,000 miles for $11,000 Only real concern is the sway bar tab and the rear crossmember. Looking for input if it’s ok or too far gone. Thank you!

Didn't want to start another thread, but going to look at a 99 tomorrow that fits all my criteria, except for being Green instead of River Rock. Originally a California vehicle, but spent most of it's life in Colorado.

Unfortunately, there's some rust above the windshield, for those who have delt with it before, is this fixable? Does the windshield need to be out for the repair?

Feedback before lunch time tomorrow is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I’ll just double down what I said earlier. Rust is bad and you will always chase it whether it’s in the undercarriage or the body panels. Now if you’re just looking for a vehicle to beat around in or go do some trail rides and that type of stuff it’s in your budget, that may be the only option. I’d rather have a higher mileage well-maintained vehicle from the west then something that has rust with lower mileage just my opinion.

I would think you need to take the glass out to fix it right and see if the rust is below the seal you could just live with it if the windshield is not leaking but will continue to rust not a terribly hard job to do with help or fix it the take it to a glass place let them put the glass back form what I have seen the rust will likely start again in a few years after fixing.
