Is it possible the tank has a crack? No fuel leak but vapor can escape? Usually in the top of the tank.

Coming from FZJ80, clogged charcoal canister can cause pressure in the tank and tank can crack on the top. 80 owners have had that issue.

Just a mild-weather update. Temps in the 70s, truck will crank but not start. Starter motor just runs and runs. I have no clue where to start looking.

Edit: immobilizer light is blinking. That’s probably a clue. When I first got this thing, I thought I had an immobilizer problem, but it turned out to be all of this evaporative stuff. I don’t remember what my fix would be for the immobilizer. I have used the remote to unlock it, but still, the red light blinks.
