Running Rough...Real Time Help PLEASE (1 Viewer)

I started the cruiser this morning and let it warm up for about ten minutes. As soon as I was getting ready to back it out of the driveway it started idling really rough as if it were missing. I started pulling spark plug wires to see which one was NOT making a difference and narrowed it down to number 3 cylinder. I did check both ends of the wire to make sure I had good spark. I also swapped spark plugs to see if it was a bad spark plug. So now I'm not sure what's next. Any help would be appreciated.

what did the number three spark plug look like?

I see you checked both ends of the wire but is it possible the wire is damaged in another location? Could you swap a wire or have a spare to check?
