Received three out of four of the new glow plugs I need for my B engine. One is on back order and won't be in for another couple of weeks.
Is there any harm in running the three new ones and picking out the best of the old ones to be my fourth in the interim?

I figure 3 cylinders getting properly warmed is better than none., but as I am a diesel noob, I thought I'd check with the experts. And they didn't pick up the phone, so I'm asking y'all!
Hey oh! I'm here all week. Two drink minimum..

Anyway, thanks for the input, as always

Having a "B" Engine you wont have Superglow... just a simple single stage glow process. I wouldnt hesitate to do what you're describing personally.

You’ll be fine with the scenario you describe until the final plug arrives.
