Hi All,

looks like the new official dates for the rubithon at 7/13 -7/17!! This means I am going FOR SURE.

would love to get a group together. Brett I think is going with me but am going to confirm. I am going to send in my reg tomm. If Brett can't go I will probably take my nephew.

Post up if you can make it and if you are thinking of going this year.

I have been wanting to go back for so many years, really excited for this!

probably the 40, with the orion, etc it will be worth it to have it on the trail. Plus the 80 needs alot more work till it is rubicon worthy, I don't even have sliders yet....

possible, but that would be a LONG day, at the minimum I reccomend a 3 day trip, one day into the springs, one day to chill at springs and one day to depart up cadillac hill.

This will be my 3rd trip through, but have not done it in many years. Really looking forward to it.

Rubicon dreams

Interest in this trail is what got me started with my first landcruiser 15 years ago, and have still not made the trip. Maybe next year though. Some of the beach N toys guys that don't frequent MUD may be going, will find out next week at our meeting.

I talked to Mike Shaw and heard he is going as well. Will you guys be driving up Thursday? I am thinking of pulling the trigger on this and heading up there with you guys.

not sure the exact plans yet, that's alot of driving in one day, especially in a 40, I may leave wed and bunk down somewhere along the way, either way we will all be on the trail 7am Friday if you sign up for that run....

I signed up for this. It has always been on my to-do list and I'm really looking forward to it. Will probably take one or two of the kids for the trip. Looks like with the date change there are still a lot of openings.
