Not much chatter this year. With all the snow could be fun. anyone wanna go for a 2 day trip as soon as snow melts ?
Back to Saturday festivities with the raffle moved up to midday. We'll see, I think alot of people will be out playing, hiking, fishing, etc. and may effect raffle participation.

I don't think that will be much of a problem. I think the problem will be with the cooking crew. With the raffel before dinner the crew will not be able to pay attention to there raffel tickets. Will see how it's going to work.

Yes, might interfere with personal plans (hiking and fishing), but here is advance notice to make different plans. Suggest an earlier run for more time in the springs.

the cook crew will not start (at all) until the raffle is completed. but remember, the dinner now can be served later as their is no reason to rush through it.

Ross and I are comfortable.

Yodaman will be coming in with Big Jim's group, and not on Tuesday or Wednesday. Ross Kuzma and crew will be flying the Friday run in, and Marlin is confirmed for Sweep on Friday.

I presume (I hope) Roger and Tim are coming in Tuesday as usual. There is a tuesday run but if attendance is small, I'll drop that run.

There is a Rubithon thread in teh TLCA events section, most conversation will most likely happen there.

Pretty slow in the PMC forum there days...

OH, and don't forget McGrew in late July. We have given that event to JSC, and they are stoked. Should be epic!

Based on an offer at the last meeting, the wife's already "OK'd" me to go if I still want to ride w/ *Larry, it's now just down to what things will look like after next week's job interview and finalizing my graduation stuff.

Bonus is my potential boss is also a Father now, as well as a Toyota guy. Now that is some serious work leverage.

(*Yes, I'm planning to take him up on that offer so I can also do the Photo-Geek thing.)

Looking forward to it as always. Tony, let us know if you need anything.

Got my TT yesterday, sending in Registration today.

Sorry, but since you two brought it up..O/T..actual paper copy in the mail box to your place? Sweet, mine's due this week then to the 510?

yup, not availabl eonline yet, real TT in hand.

yes, in my typical fashion, I am late on the web part...

This years theme is Rubithon U, school of hard rocks. I've the got art work from Rainey Kirk and it really looks good... very preppy. No rocks, no cruisers.

If you want to see it, you'll just have to attend and become Alumni, Class of 2010.

Registration form on site

PMC folks attending Rubithon the general registration form is available, please print and mail:

Rubithon: the official TLCA event

Update 3/17 - Committee Registration is now available on line. thanks!

Thanks for your patience!

I am going to attend, I'd like to me up with you PMC guys as I'd like to join the club prior to the event.

Is PMC ging to do a club run at the Rubithon ?

No Specific Club Run. However you will find the most club members on the Thursday, 7am Straight Through run led by club member, Big Jim Adams.

You can meet a lot of us at the Registration Booth in the springs as that is usually manned by PMC members.

Dave

yes, Dave is correct as usual, Big Jim's Thursday run will be heavily loaded with PMC folks as I understand it.

However, you will find PMC sprinkled throughout Rubithon. Glad you are attending!

We should make Ron come in with the jeep suits.

What ya all say?

Not sure those corporate guys would recognize Ron's rig. The corp. run they do every Aug is filled with new 2 and 4 door Rubicons. Most participants don't speak english.
I suppose this run could be for American dealers. Still, doubt they will be driving any thing that resembles Ron's. He's rather unique...just like the rest of us :D

ya Don, I don't believe either of these groups will speak much English...

Tony - 3 rigs so far, most likely Thursday sometime..... prolly see Gunners clan as usual on the trail. Remember guys Rons got back up this time be nice. :) Actually is there any Jeep left on Ron's rig??

just the tub I think:rolleyes:

Whats Wed runs look like or am I just gonna float in on my own cloud, as usual? As it stands now looks like I will hit loon on Tue night, oh maybe if I get some rock lights I could make a night run this year, and not bother hitting loon for a night. Anybody know what the moon schedule is for that time?

Michael, I'm thinking about maybe spending Tues night at Ellis instead of Loon. Wagons are scheduled to leave from loon Wed at 7am I think. Might be easier to stay ahead of them with a little head start in the morning. Also considering leaving tues am so we have wed to enjoy the peace before the party
