Would be good to have you along! Registration is the 30th so anytime between then and when it fills up is when you'll have to have your answer. Not sure how quickly it will fill up, but we're planning on it being fairly quickly.

Update 1/29/2023. Those going register for wed wagon run. Regardless of vehicle. Recommend to just sign up for premier package which includes a 1 year tlca renewal I believe and possibly x2 shirts and x2 meals. Working on fordyce info as well, current understanding is wagon run trail leaders are doing fordyce afterwards so we should have an in.

I believe registration opens tomorrow

Just want to confirm registration is by vehicle and those who just riding along don’t need to register. I’m happy to split the registration fee and other expenses with whoever’s lucking enough to have me riding shotgun. Just want to make sure passengers don’t need to officially register.
 
Pass will need passes based on drivers if they wanna eat etc. I'll proactively buy a 2fer. I don't really care about the extra $30 registration fee. So if half of us buy for a passenger we should be good.
 
Alright.. Update for registration as of 2/3/2023
Remember Registration opens Monday, 2/6/2023
Sign up for the "Renegade" run. Put in the notes "group is Windy City and entry date is Wednesday"
We will depart Wednesday June 21st. ahead of the wagon run with our own trail leader specific to our group.
The expectation is we would run the trail faster and easier than just the normal "Wagon Run" and we want to keep our club together. Should make it more enjoyable for everyone.
It might be recommended to do the Premier Registration at $235 if you have the potential to have a passenger.
TRUST ME when i say the raffle is EPIC..
For local "vendors" think about possibly donating something to the raffle and using this trip as a business expense? Consult your tax advisor. If you do want to donate something to the raffle please get in touch with me and I will assist in putting you in touch with the correct individuals.
I will probably order something to bring to the raffle as i tend to make quite a few parts orders to many of our TLCA vendors.
FYI. dogs are allowed, just must be on a leash at Rubicon Springs. Children don't need a leash.

Kelly, u just got volentold to buy 2 just cause we might need a spare.
Ethan is buying 2 and his pass is his wife Gigi
If Steve doesn't get a rig ready we need one more pass seat / registration.
Did I miss anything?
So my recommendation to just do the premiere is worth it. Just in case.

Erik, thanks for putting together! Sounds like you got it all covered. Do I need to snag an extra seat in my registration? Happy to do so…
 
just to be safe.. yes.. why not.. better safe than sorry. extra shirt if not needed.

Several of us are on the trail out of earshot this weekend … but for myself, Steve Fox, I’m going to postpone until next June and let my reg carry over. I’m sure I won’t be the only one to postpone, but can’t say whether or not any of us are going to come in September. I expect we’ll get you fully informed early next week 👍🏼 Thanks, Brian, looking forward to meeting you!
 
Steve, thanks for the response. Now that the weekend is over I was curious what the consensus for the rest of the group is? The reason I ask is we have a few trail leaders who are no longer able to attend. If this group is out then I can offer to lead another group.
 
I just reached out to them via a text, asking them to come here and reply 👍🏼
 
Though Rubicon is a bucket list item, I’m out this year. Hope for next year.
