I installed a set of 285/70/17 Cooper Treks on 17x9 -12 offset. I have the Eibach 2.0 coilovers which are awesome but I am still rubbing on the body mount ever so slightly after my alignment. I have the SPC UPC as well. I have a trip coming up out of town and wondered how to adjust the tires forward just a little to not rub? I assume the SPC arms would do this but this would cause my alignment to be bad again. I heated the fender liner up and moved it out of the way and I don't rub that anymore on the front or the rear.

Did you do the body mount chop? With the BMC I easily ran 285/75R17 BFG M/T's.
I'm getting a wee bit of rubbing with my new BFG 315/70R17 (35.4") which I'll have to correct.

Not yet, I am thinking I am going to have to go that route. I may have to cut it before my trip and weld the plate in after I get back.

With the SPC UCA's, you shouldn't have to rub on the body mount. Find an off road shop that knows SPC's to do the alignment. They should move the LCA as far forward as possible, then use the adjustability of the SPC to get the alignment in spec.

The offset of the wheels puts them a tad too far outward for the rest of the setup. I have 17x8.5 -10 wheels and just barely miss the body mount with Yokohama MTs in that size. If you’re competent with a cutoff wheel the body mount can be cut and a plate welded to it when you have the time to get it done.
