I'm in the process of doing the front.. seems like the tundra outer tie rod is not long enough ..does the inner tie rod need to be swapped out?

At this point, you can tell that the front rotor is not straight ..which it should be. Obviously there is a lot of adjustment in the upper control arm but I still cannot get it to where the rotor is straight at all

Check lower arm cam bolts. Looks like the front cam is pushing the lower arm all the way out.

I still haven't got this figured out ...so I loosened the cams on the lower control arm, adjusted the front where it would turn out and adjusted in the rear cam were it would turned in.. but still have this problem

If I'm not mistaken, looks like you have the tie rod upside down on the spindle. Tie rod at top, castle nut at bottom?

Which may also mean you have left and right tie rods reversed?

EDIT: Looks like I'm wrong as I was referencing some bracket lift pics.

It would seem you need to bring both LCA cams inward.

I'm assuming you threaded the Tundra outer tie rod ends to where the LC tie rods were originally?

I did this when I did the swap and mine was pigeon toed too.

I remember thinking the tie rod end should be a little longer, but I turned them out until the tires were straight.

When I get home, I'll get a picture of where my tie rod ends ended up.

Also, what brand are your Tundra parts? Lower arms, upper arms, axles, and tie rod ends?

Yes correct.. same here I was thinking the tie rod outer must be too short but it's exactly an inch and a half longer than the Land Cruiser outer tie rod. When I thread it to where it should be with the wheel pointing straight there's hardly any thread left on the inner tie rod..
Lower arms are stock Tundra, upper arms are SPC Tundra, the axles are OEM Tundra, and the outer tie rods are Moog and they are exactly an inch and a half longer than the Land Cruiser outer tie rod ends
Thanks for the input guys!

Yep looks like the TRE is moved farther out.. maybe an inch or more

Are you seeing this at ride height weight on the tires, or is the body still up on stands? If the weight of the body is still up with the suspension at droop, you'll get some weird geometry.
Since you said the TREs were longer than the ones you removed, and all the A-Arms are Tundra, I can't see what else could be going on.

Yes it's on the ground. I'm going to take it in for a alignment next week. Hopefully they can work it out... it just seems like that's an excessive amount of toe in
