RJ70 conversion to 1kz or 3L (2 Viewers)

Hey guys I have an rj70 with a 22r in it I'm just wondering how much longer it will last with 460xxxkm on it. My questions are who has done either of these conversions ? I would like the 1kz over the 3L but I need info on what is needed to do the conversion.

1kz with a mitsi 4m40 pump would be really good ( on a budget), despite the head cracker motor I think most 1kzts have been fixed now
would most likely fit all the drivetrain as well
