I installed a pioneer ahv5600 today in a 1999 LX and all went well except for the right rear door speaker doesn't work at all. I double checked all the wiring and it's good. The radio does make a pop when the car is started occasionally. Unsure if it worked before I put the new radio in. I have pioneers in my other vehicles, so I will try one of those if it fits.
Has anyone experienced this or one channel of the OEM amp going bad, or a bad pioneer harness? I have to pull a door panel to repair a door lock tomorrow, so I'll swap speakers and see if it makes a difference, I doubt it will though.
