Hey all, newbie with 60 wagon lust here. LOL
I've been eyeing the JDM, right hand drive, high roof diesels out on the west coast.
I've driven RHD in other countries in the past. It's not something that bothers me per se but I suspect it'll get tiresome when surrounded by LHD vehicles and roads.
How hard is it to convert a 60 from RHD to LHD? Just straight mechanics and sourcing a "new" dash? Is the wiring loom long enough to route to the other side of the truck? Splice in extensions? Is the firewall stamping symmetrical so mounting the brake booster and such won't be a big deal? Other stuff I'm not thinking about?
I'm not serious about it at the moment, just wondering out loud. The search didn't reveal this had been discussed in the past so I figured I'd post.
