RHD RJ70 Bundera wiper motor install

Hi guys,

i took my wiper motor out to have a closer look at some rust in the left hand side of my firewall/wether channel, put it back in what i thought was the same way however when using them they went the wrong way, eg down not up.

So i have put it in the wrong way or have something in the cycle of the wipers wrong, can anyone tell me/ show me with pics the right way to install it?

also i noticed that the blades were not working in unison eg in the same place on the windsheild at the same pace, when moving them without the motor installed.

Have i made sence haha

any info would be great
