Resume not working on Cruise control

All cruise control signals are shared on a single wire by means of a resistor network. See the complete wiring diagram in this link, and the relevant diagram below.

If all other switches are working than the CCS wiring and the ground signal are connected and it can only be the actual 'Resume' switch. This is actually good news, as it is not the clock spring. You will need to buy a complete switch. Before proceeding with that, I would verify that the '+' operation is also not working during cruise operation.

You can also use Techstream to diagnose the switch positions easily.

All functions work except "Resume". + and - work fine. Just will not resume like all my other Toyota CCS do. Have to reset the speed. Not a deal killer but not like it should be. Thx for helping.

Mine has done this since I got it just another button to press no big deal to me but if I can fix it I will just haven't looked. Not a top priority. If anyone knows where to get the switch cheep I'll get one.
