Decided to maximise the inlet manifold as seen from other members here for better flow.
60mm exit placed on the side. The intercooler chosen has 63mm so that's perfect.

Next phase was to use the used Isuzu Trooper 3.1 intercooler top mount to the engine making the figment right.

From you pics earlier on, did you get rid of the OEM winch and switch to a non-winch front bumper? What did you do with the old stuff?

Took the Warn M8000 winch out before was just adding weight with no real use for me. Sold that & the oem winch bumper cover. Helped pay for some new mods that thankfully I do need.

Started today phase 2 to strip the old worst for wear exhaust readying a new custom 3 inch chrome with side exit.

Today the guys sent me 3 various sound setups on audio unfortunately being on Viber & a 3PG file couldn't work out to convert & share here.

First one was a single muffler,
Second one was with a double muffler,
Thirdly a straight through.

Best sound for me was a double muffler setup being not too loud and not as sharp in tone.

Will know more when I take a drive tomorrow.

Latest update guys all done picking up tomorrow.
Thankfully the guys done a great job & even washed the car too. :thumbup:
Only issue noticed being the boonet / hood pushed up a little. May address this in time after setting in driving. It seems the air guard may need addressing.

Looking forward to a nice long drive tomorrow.

Super sweet respiratory upgrades to an already outstanding 80 series. Will you be doing dynamometer testing to see what your upgrades have rendered in actual power increases?
 
Ese trabajo increíble, estoy muy interesado en esta modificación, ¿cómo es la parte de la alimentación de los cilindros de modo que el diesel no es falta cuando hay más presión de turbo?

mi ingles es muy malo, soy de Paraguay en sudamerica
 
That incredible job, I am very interested in this modification, how is the part of the power of the cylinders so that diesel is not lacking when there is more turbo pressure? My English is very bad, I'm from Paraguay in South America
