Restoration sequence question

Rewire before or after paint? Just curious what sequence of events everyone else does.

after. but it depends on how thurough of a paint job you are doing. If you are going all out than a number of body and dash parts are being removed any ways. also if done before all the little zip ties and fasteners you use to route the wires will be in the way of a clean smooth paint job

Thanks, that's what I thought. I guess I'll keep making little repairs to my old wiring until I do the paint.
