I am planning to install Radflo coilover and rear shocks eventually. I am trying to figure out how to mount my reservoir brackets for the front. If you look under the GX460, there are 2 holes that could be used. These are the same holes that are used to mount the sway bar on non-kdss 4runners. My problem is that one of the hole on each side is covered and there are no threads to screw in the bolts. What would you recommend? I also need to modify the brackets on the driver side since it would hit the KDSS system. I need help with some ideas from you guys. Thanks in advance.

So neither of those frame holes are threaded? Then what mechanism is used to mount the sway bar? I don't have any good advice but maybe check out a 5th gen 4Runner forum where a lot more guys do suspension mods and see what they did.

Check the install for the Icon coilers, they have a specific section for KDSS installs, they use a self tapping screw that is provided with the install kit. You might be able to pick up similar self tapping screws.

With the KDSS, there is a piston that is mounted to the sway bar and the sway bar is not fixed to the frame. The Icon guide helps a bunch. My mounts do come with the self tapping screws as well so I have to tap new holes into the frame. Thanks.
