The carpeting in my 94 has seen better days. I use the truck mostly for utility type stuff: camping, dragging around boats and motorcycles, etc., but do carry the family around for a lot of that. I am in the process of sprucing up the interior and want to replace the carpet.
Should I just go with the OEM stuff, or are there options out there?

If you do decide to replace it and if you go with OEM, which will be the only thing that truly matches, you better do it incredibly quickly cause most of those interior things are going out of production now. I got one of the last rear cargo carpets out there which was about a year or two years ago! HTH.

ONe thing to try......wifes was really dirty when we purchased ours.....finally last week after 3 years we pulled the sealts & center console.

Carpet out, I mixed 70% pine sol to 30% ammonia .......sprayed the carpet down with this mixture, then head to the local pressure car wash.......walla clean.

Not to mention that it now looks & smells GREAT!

My interior was trashed when I bought it a year ago. As others have suggested, I gutted the inside. The carpet got saoked down with Wally World carpet shampoo. I scrubeed the nastiest spots and then headed off to the pressure washer. There is still one kool-aid stain (covered by a floor mat) but otherwise looks great.

I ordered a front section for a customer a few weeks ago and saw there were only two other gray front sections left in the US. It is still a good part #, but you may be waiting for a while if it has to come from Japan.

Yep...call Dan, go OEM...I did. Stick some DynaMat or similar when you do.

When I finally need to replace mine, I think I may use the german tuft-velour like the old MB cars used to have.
It won't be molded so I expect to have piping stitched on in certain areas.
Used to have an old SL and I love that carpeting.

just ordered me some new oem gray cost 415.00 for 97
