Replacing Rear Sliding Windows with Fixed Windown ?

Sorry for the late reply and pardon the crappy photos.

The silver areas between the louvers and the window were once covered by the sliding window frame. The slimmer gasket of the fixed glass allows the silver areas to show:




 
End ordering new louvers ( thanks Beno ) and did the job yesterday ..

I took me about 4 hours being the first one the slowest one .. end needed wife help with the first one ( drivers side ) what didn't make her so much happy .. but that works great. The pass side was lots more easy and didn't need help ..

I kinda afraid of how hard putting new glasses gonna be, but removing the old ones ( didn't cut the weatherstrip ) was by far more hard ..

did the swap today however I just realised I oriented the rubber seals 180° out as I noticed the forward most top corner of the seal is sitting away from the body of the car. guess they're coming out again. not too bad though. took me about an hour maybe to do both sides.
