replacing body mounts? (1 Viewer)

im planning on changing my suspension,but i've heard that its not a bad time to also address tired body mounts . should they be done first? has anyone done it ?is it true that you split truck into 2sides [driver/pass] unbolt ,jackup ,change,rebolt. repaet other side? thanks bill

Energy suspension makes a good kit. Use PB blaster or the like once a day for a week or so prior to removing the mounts. It will help a lot. I remove all of them then jack up each portion of the truck and install the new ones loosley. Once they are all in place I tighten them down in no particular order. Not all that hard to do. The ones on the back channel are a real PITA
