One word for you. PITA; as in chip. I did mine two years ago. Spectre has a wonderful product that makes it a better experience. You will have to remove the two rear side windows and weather strip as well as windshield and weather strip. The sound deadener jute will be loose and laying on top of the old liner. I would have new sound deadener like QuietCrap on hand as well as new weather strip for the windshield. You may need the weaterstrip for the side windows. Mine were good enough to reuse.

Please have some help. I didn't and it sucked.

ive been thinking about it lately as im contemplating my rust repairs in the window surround areas and roof and im really unexcited about it.....I did buy a good book off of amazon on custom interiors and it does tackle headliners in the book tho

they use a lot of plywood ect (use whatever you want, plastic even) but pretty good read, good base to work off If changing it completely
