Anyone tried this replacement screen:

I have a 2005 with a touch screen that is on its way out. It is very dim (I have it as bright as I can get it). This one seems to be a complete replacement.
My backup camera is very dim. More dim than the rest of the screens. Not sure if this will fix it or not but I was in the woods the other day and could ahve used it.
