I just shipped out our first set of lower links for the 100 series. Toyota links are known for their thin walled tubes and how easy they bend and kink when they contact rocks. Pricing as follows:
Fixed length- $ 285.00 per pair plus shipping 1.5" X .250" wall DOM tube
Adjustable- $ 360.00 per pair plus shipping 1.75" X .250 wall DOM tube
Upeer links- No price available at this time, I require measurements in order to be able to build and price.
We've been building replacement links for the FJC for several years now with great results. The links are built using 1.5" X .250" wall DOM tube. THey also use Johnny Joints on one and end and urethane joints on the other. The Johnny Joint provides for 30 degrees of twist.
THe other benefit of these joints is that they allow the links to move up and down with ease as opposed to the restrickted movement the OEM units provide. No more twisting rubber to move the rear axle. You can read more about it here.

The photos shown are FJC links. The 100 series are the same, just about an inch longer and without emergency brake line mounting holes.
