Replacement AC outlet

Thus far my Google skills have failed me. Looking for a replacement outlet like the one shown for the 5th Gen. Any help would be appreciated.

you can see how I added 110 AC, 12 VDC lighter socket and two USB charge ports, all in the rear of my GX.
Albeit I did add a 3000 watt pure sine inverter...
