Replaced Climate Head Bulbs, Now Vent Buttons won't work (93)

I replaced the 3 bulbs in my 93 Climate head...now I can't get the top row of buttons to stay depressed in any function (center vents, feet, both, defrost etc.) Someone mentioned that the buttons might be out of synch? Any ideas?
