I was changing out the headlight bulbs to LEDs on the FJ-80, and as most know that the right side (facing the truck) has to have the underhood fan removed. Upon removing the lines, I came across this. What is it? Can it be salvaged or does it have to be replaced. Hopefully Beno can chime in with a part number if it needs to be replaced.

It's the check valve for the air injection system.

It's also discontinued.

That a negative Ghostrider. In 25 years I never removed the fan to replace a bulb.
FWIW, the internals of the check valve are likely OK. If you can get the AI hose back on, throw a light clamp on it and call it good. If not, you can source a used one from any 3FE.

You must have a trick, because there was no way I could access the bulbs.
