Just over 200k on this 1st gen and no play whatsoever. It's the wife's truck, luckily she was only going 20mph when things came apart and turned sideways.
Pulled the axle right out of the diff...

Thanks for the update, I think we have slightly upgraded LBJ on the 2005's. Is that correct?
Either way, I have a 188k on mine, and its getting done when I get the lift this month.

Yes, different design, but were also recalled. If you have 188, the recall was probably done. My 05 was recalled and done with about 40k miles. I also replaced them at the time I did my lift 146k
