I had a bearing go out on the fan pulley assembly, it ruined the belt that was on it, ruined a second belt that I installed while waiting for parts, and the belts wore a groove into the pulley.

Parts:
Fan bracket assembly: 16380-0S010
Pulley: 16380-0S010
Fan bracket bolt x3 (optional): 90105-A0170
Fan bracket bolt x1 (optional): 90105-A0284
Anti-seize compound: Amazon.com - https://a.co/d/hM2x7kz
Red Toyota coolant, 1 gal
New serpentine belt

Repair:
1) Pull the upper radiator hose off of the radiator. I zip tied it to the oil fill to get it out of the way, you can completely remove it if you want.
2) Remove the 4 12mm nuts holding the fan hub on the pulley assembly using a box end wrench. You can turn the fan hub with a large flat head screwdriver that is wedged between the nut or stud and the pulley hub.
3) Pry the fan off of the pulley hub. It is tight, just tap on the fan clutch lightly for a while and you can work it off.
4) Remove the two 10mm bolts from the top of the fan shroud.
5) Remove the fan shroud, fan, and fan clutch by pulling the shroud up with one hand while pulling the fan up with the other hand. Be careful to not hit the radiator.
6) Remove the belt by turning the 14mm bolt on the tensioner pulley counter-clockwise using a socket and long ratchet until the belt is loose. Remove the belt with your other hand, and then release the tensioner.
7) Remove the fan pulley, it should come right off.
8) Locate the 10mm(?)bolt holding the two coolant hard pipes going to the oil heat exchanger that is between the engine block and A/C compressor. DO NOT REMOVE THIS BOLT! Instead, loosen it, and turn it out about 1/3 of an inch.
9) Locate and remove the other two 10mm(?) bolts holding the two coolant hard pipes on.
10) Remove the two rubber hoses from the top of hard pipes.
11) Remove the upper two 12mm and one 14mm bolts on the fan hub assembly that are accessible. They are coated in anti-seize compound, so they will feel sticky coming out and you will need to use your ratchet until they are all the way out.
12) Pull the top of the hard pipe down and pull towards the radiator to clear the other hoses.
13) Pry the hard pipe out towards the radiator down on the lower portion of the pipe. You want to rotate it on that bolt that you left partially threaded. Use a 12mm wrench on the A/C compressor side, under the hard pipe, to turn the fan hub assembly bolt off. You may have to use a long wrench or cheater pipe to get enough leverage. The hard pipe will rotate out enough to remove the bolt while it is still inside of the bolt hole in the fan hub assembly.
14) Reassemble in reverse order, be sure to coat the fan hub assembly bolts with the anti-seize compound.
