Removing Passenger door windows on 62

I give up - swapping out doors, need to get the rear windows out, don't want to start prying and break something -
Can't find a good thread with details - any tips?

(I have the inner door panel off and pretty much everything removed but the upright pillar (screw - one- out) and windows)

you need to remove the window rubbers(weather strips) and the dividing piece between the quater window and the wind up/down sections.you need the window wound down before you start.when you have removed dividing piece it becomes pretty easy.
