removing fron cup holders???

I have a 2004 LC how do you remove the front 2 cup holders located right below the gear shift? Mine are filthy and new to be removed and washed.

Trunk Monkey, please don't beat me up to bad, I have searched for a link but only see console removal and yes, I looked for like 20 minutes in the FSM and could not find it. I know it is in there somewhere but I am still learning were everything is in the FSM.
