Removing frame C channel

How do you get the channel out of a FJ62 frame? I've drilled out all the rivets and cut the weld at the front edge but the channel doesn't budge. I was sort of expecting it to just fall out. Any suggestions?

Beat the hell out of it, also make sure the rivets are completely removed.

Does anyone know a vendor who supplies these channels? Or does everyone just fab their own?

Thanks for the suggestion. I finally got it out after beating on it with a hammer for a couple minutes. Now I just need to clean it up, paint it, and put it back in.

I saw a thread on here where somebody said they bought a set of channels from SOR.

That looks awful good but wouldn't that create a weak point in the gap between the boxing?
