Registering FJ40 in Texas

I was wondering if any of you guys have registered an imported FJ40 to Texas.
If so can you guide me on what to do.
on the DMV website it says to have the vin inspected by two agencies, an inspection which includes the vin inspenction and then the paperwork for the tax office. I dont know where to start
