I have kinda a dumb question. Im looking at doing OME lift and running 35's. My first question is where can I find the best deals for a complete kit for the gears and everything to install.

My second question is how much does it matter to run 35's with stock gears while in low range and actual 4wheeling? Is the main purpose of regearing axles for highway speeds? Ive done the math and at 6 MPH on 35's the drive shaft will spin roughly 45 more times per minute with 4.88's vs stock 4.11. Or at least that's what my dumb brain came up with. To me that makes a big difference in torque while climbing hills or attempting to get over obstacles. In the real world has anyone had experience true off roading with stock gears on 35's and maybe drove or changed to 4.88s with same setup otherwise and can see a difference. Thank You in advance.

Nitro gear has regear kits. They don’t come with the front oil slinger, get that and anything else you need from Cruiser outfitters They probably have the regear kit too.

You definitely want 4:88s for 35s

Sorry oil retainer (or whatever the F it’s actually called) you reuse the slinger, but you will have to open up the ID of the slinger if you upgrade from 27 to 29 spline pinion. Or just buy the correct size from cruiser outfitters, or wherever you want.

PN 4115F Need one of those they are cheap, and not included (at least in a Nitro installation kit)
