New 79 series PU box, countless hrs modifying/seam sealing/weld/paint/lift/lift/ lol it to properly fit the 75 frame
New Toyota headache rack
New Toyota 79 series rear bumper
New Toyota side steps
New full exhaust system, muffler, res, manifold, gaskets. 2.5"
Toyota 75 series seats recovered:)came out extremely nice:))
New thermostat, gauge in cab and sensor New red top optima battery
replaced the battery tray and terminal connections
Sand blasted and painted inner/under fenders
Sand blasted and painted front rad support
Flushed, degreased, and painted radiator and shroud, new rad hoses, fluid and cap Rewired rear Hzj 79 lights to the Hzj 75 harness
organized all wires under hood,
removed old fog lights/spot lights and compressor wires,
unplugged and cleaned each electrical connection by hand
Cleaned and painted original air box and OEM filter
Working on welding 1 rust spot on the cab and painting my doors and remaining body parts throughout the next 8 weeks. I'm on surf holiday for 14 days starting today so I won't be working on it for the next 2 weeks:(
New Toyota front windshield glass and new toyota rubber seal
Rebuilt power steering pump with toyota rebuild kit
Cleaned and painted hood latch
Installed a affordable used stereo
New tie rods, greased and aligned
Original rims being painted stock toyota grey

The rebuilt HZ runs perfect and the 5 Spd tranny/clutch is as smooth/tight as can be. All gaskets, BEB and seals look like they were completed within the past yr. I have collected most all service records from this Ute and over the yrs it has always been maintained professionally
I'm still trying to find time/$ to rebuild my fuel pump and collect my turbo pieces:))))

All Toyota trucks should have been made convertible! Im totally amazed at what this truck was 3 months ago and today. It had a full beauty make over:) not like lindsay but more like the hulk;()

What size tires are those on your Hilux? They look really good.

Selling my LHD refurbished 75

Regretful sale, I have found a new car That I must have lol:() and decided to sell this 75 and all my other toys to finance my new addiction

Message me if interested and if wanting to come take it for a spin
I have over 20grand into this 75 and have all the records. I am thinking to start the listing price at $26 if interested

It runs perfect
 
Finally got some paint on my fenders, cab and Pu box back on. Here is a updated photo as of today

It is a shame it won't be legal in the U.S.
It would command a much higher price down here. ( the theory of supply and demand :) )
