The locker doesn’t cycle and it looks pretty rough. I thought it was a good time to tear into it and re-seal everything while I have the rear axle out of the truck for some coil mount replacement.You mean the actuator? What exactly are you trying to do?
It is considered non serviceable by the factory except for the oring that seals it against the 3rd member. The internal grease called W Body Grease is available and there is a forum member that puts together a kit with orings and screws I believe to somewhat service it yourself. I have not tested the circuit other than hitting the dash button and watching it blink lol.Is there any factory kit or parts available to service the actuautor? Have you tested the circuit to the actuator?
