Recommended Transmission rebuild shop near Denver

I need to get my 2002 LX470 transmission rebuilt. Does anyone have a recommended shop around Denver, CO area?

may I ask why it needs to be rebuilt?

The transmission is not shifting and the shop I took it to says it needs to be rebuilt and based on the issues I am having with it, I agree.

just a FYI: not all trans shops will accept foreign makes. When I did mine, only handful shops said they can do it.

I don't have anything to add but I'm following to see what you find out and what your experience is.
