I just installed new SPC UCAs on my 2000 LX yesterday and need to get an alignment done in the Valdosta Ga area. Maybe a shop that could possibly move the wheel forward in the well? I have a slight rub on the raised portion of the front mud guards when turning. I'm running 295/75/16 KO2s on SCS wheels with a sensor lift set at 22" hub to fender.
I didn't have rub with the factory wheels but have rub with the SCS wheels. I've been dealing with it for a few months. I like the wheels and would hate to have to go back to the stock wheel. I may attack the pinch welds this weekend. Does anyone know of or have any recommendations of a good alignment shop on the Valdosta Ga area? Or any suggestions on the rub?

What position did you set the ball
joints to? You might need to move it 1 setting for a bit less caster- if it's a small rub you can heat and shape the plastic enough to cure it.

Find a Firestone if you have one there with an alignment bay and buy an unlimited alignmanrt package. Take the SPC instructions with you and prep the tech on what you are trying to do and explain how these UCAs work. Best if you stand by, watch and help.

Thanks. There is a Firestone in Valdosta, I will probably check them out.

I set the ball joints to location D and even kicked around the idea of location C for more caster, although I know that will likely make the rub worse. I think I will break out the heat gun this weekend and see what I can do.
