So, I'm sure it's been said before, but when you go from the factory receiver hitch, to a Slee rear bumper and a 2.5" lift (OME/SOF).
How much hitch height do you gain?

Tires are almost stock 275 65 R 18

Drum roll please . . . a whopping 10"

That's an interesting comparison. I think there must be some significant differences in factory hitches as well. The one on my '06 has the receiver tube at the same hight as the tube across the rig rather than underneath it like the OP's ...

Yep. I don't know if I have the factory hitch, but it's the same height as the tube. With 866s in the rear, hitch height was 22.5".

The newer rigs are equipt with a recessed frame hitch built into the stock bumper. The earlier models got a bolt on trailer hitch underneath the stock bumper.

Most, if not all of the '06-'07 LC/LX's seemed to have gone back to the under the bumper hitch... or at least there is no "hole" in the bumper. Would like to know if the provision is still there under the bumper skin.

Mine is an under the bumper hitch, but with the receiver "T'd" onto the cross tube rather than under it like the photo at the top.

This rig is 2007. Hitch under bumper and no hole for a hitch in the factory bumper.

Was not obvious to me that there was an *OEM* add-on (not integrated) factory hitch. Always assumed those were dealer installed or aftermarket. If correct, probably a range of heights. On my 80 I have the higher receiver type, others are the T type which are much lower. It's pretty high now so I have to have several drop ball and pintle mounts to adjust for different trailers.

Wow. I am at 25" at top of receiver. My setup is a bumpit bolt on bumper with similar amount of lift and 285/75/16s.
