so are the 2018 and 2019's affected also? What about 2020 and 2021? I know my 2015 is on the list, but no fix yet.

Mine was replaced under the recall last week - 2.5 hour job. A mild vibration under throttle c 50mph seems to have disappeared subsequently

Can you give us a better description of what you felt at what miles per hour and if it happens every time or did it Happen on and off? During what conditions would you see vibration happen? I want to see if I can duplicate it with my 2015 LX570.

After a couple of weeks it seems the fuel pump replacement actually made little difference. It is a very slight shudder that appears on and off, always at low revs (sub 2000) and circa 50-60mph. Never at high revs even when in this speed range. Have had it checked by a master tech at the Toyota service centre 3 times and he insists it is ‘normal’.

Sounds like a torque converter vibration. Have you changed the fluid in the transmission? How many miles?

The transmission fluid was changed as part of the routine 80k km (50k mile) service, by Toyota; around 6 months back. It's a service item every 25k miles where I am. No noticeable difference.

Have all the affected units been notified or it's a long process? I just checked drivers.lexus website and there's no recalls on my 2015 LX

Done. Was not notified by Toyota. Checked my VIN manually and it was on the list, went to the dealer and they said oh yes we will change it. Did that but didn't feel any difference.

Was contacted by Lexus Dealer today, appointment on Friday to get it done.

So, I looked up the "fuel suction tube" removal instructions. Tank does come down, but it looks to me like they have to get to the top access cover to do this. If this is correct, this is a huge bummer, as it means my ARB drawers will have to be removed. The drawers that have significant wiring attached. This will probably have to wait until the spring when it's warm again. Unless they'll let me use one of their bays...

For reference sake:

Recently got a 2015 LX570 and the previous owners got these recalls done on 11/28/22 at Lexus dealer in MS.

1) JLL - Front Passenger Seat Belt Assembly Replacement (can cause passenger air bags not to function)
2) KLG - Safety Connect System had issues with exact vehicle location (part of the vavigation too?)
3) 20LA01 - Fuel Pump Failure (this thread)
