Rebuilding Aisan Carb

During the carb rebuild on my '77 40 with stock smoged (not sure if CA) 2F I found the main jets to be mangled beyond recognition. I have ordered every jet the local Toyota dealer could find, 3 all .150
So my questions are:
Is there another source ?
Are there jets from a different carb company that will fit ?
The best I can find, the correct sizes are .150 Primary - .230 Secondary Is this right ?
Is there a standard step up in size % ? 10% 20% 40% ?

Thanks for any help. I'm going to put it back together without the mains and wait.

which carb rebuild kit did you use? I thought the better carb kits came with new jets...
Also, try a better Toyota parts guy, C.Dan or Beno...
Also, maybe check with the real carb Gurus, Jim C. or Mark A., see if they have what you need...
Also, some of us have a handful of old carb jets lying around. Maybe post up in the classified section..

Take a look at Pin_Head's vid on Aisan carb rebuild(You Tube)-Been a while, but I think he talks about jet sizes-may be what you need

SOR has some sizes. I think you basically have to scavenge from other carbs

Carb kit is a GP Sorensen (sp) all the ones I looked at that had jets didn't list size.
Emissions are USEPA. I talked to SOR and it sounded like the guy was gonna call Toyota to order after I gave him the right size. I know you can get weber jet kits that have a variety of sizes but I'm sure the threads are probably different.

After measuring my existing jets and determining the Mikuni jets are the same diameter and have 147.5, 150, 200,and 220 sized jets, I ordered some jets to try them out. I picked them up from Parts Reloaded for $2.90 each.
I also ordered the Keyster carb kits 398 and 381. They included the 200 sized jets but one kit came with a 129 sized primary jet and another came with a 132 sized primary jet; both are too small since the stock jet for the '81+ is a 147 primary jet. Both kits also came with a new power valve and jet and 2 slow jets, sizes 65 and 90.

The Mikuni jets are scheduled to arrive Tuesday. I'll post up what I find then.
