Right kit, unfortunately just shy a part. I'd recommend you match up bearing by bearing and let us know the bearing number you're missing and my guys will get them right out.

Dude I got to say you guys are batting a thousand for not getting s*** right. Man I go to put the transfer case together and yes your missing another bearing. The output shaft you sent me was wrong. WTF. So when I asked for good parts experience this is not what I asked for. So once again I’m slowed down for parts that are already paid for.
And for that I thoroughly apologize, I know Bryce is working to get it resolved. They are going to pull all of our tcase and trans overhaul kits as it sounds like the Japanese vendor may be having a major issue? The output shaft is on us but to be fair we called you on that before you even knew it was wrong. Fortunately these issues are super isolated, unfortunately you're order isn't correct and we will make it right! I'm currently out on a training class but perhaps I can help from the road, What t-case bearings are missing? You should have 7 on a manual trans case.

Operator error. Sorry I only had one drive gear on and watching 5 speed rebuild has a bearing in that space. I did receive 7 bearings in the kit.

So that is a bearing missing from the transmission kit, not the t-case kit. We discussed this a few weeks ago (Jan 12th)
It sounds like Bryce identified the missing bearing and has it en route on our dime via next day air. We'll inspect all the other kits and make sure we don't put out more customers. Again I apologize.

Whichever. That means the transmission kit was missing 2 bearings. As long as it gets fixed. Thanks for the help.

Hey Kurt so we found the bearing and as I’m putting it together this top drive gear seems on a little too far. Is there suppose to be a washer or shim between the bearing and gear to space it out say 1/8”. The shield on the idler gear is bent toward the body and that top nut was hand tight after taking the steaks out. Can’t tell from this diagram. Thanks
