Does anyone have a rear wind deflector/faring for a 1999 to 2002 cruiser? I cracked mine and the :princess: isn't happy its now missing on her cruiser.

If so shoot me a PM.

You can find them in the classifieds, sometimes even free. Spector off road sells them, around $100 or so. They are also the same all the way through 2007.

Anything good, bad or otherwise having one bolted on?
I'm a little on the fence on how they look on a trail rig, but if there is any value in having one, I might get one to.
Or is it a branch catcher...

They are supposed to keep your rear window dust free on trails. I think they work ok

They work great. I had to remove mine because Rhino Rack was to lazy to design a rack that would work with the factory deflector and it's a huge difference not having it on. The rear window used to remain dust free and now after 10-15 min on a dusty trail I can't see through it.

Helps even in the rain. I actually put one on my old lx470. But that was because it helped keep the burning ash off the back glass during the fires we had in Santa Barbara.

So I guess the consensus is that it has a function and actually does something and is not a trail snagger.
Might have to look into getting one!

You can have mine. I'm in Atlanta. Coming this way any time soon? PM me.
