EDIT: Found it. 90950-01759

I recently had some rust repair done at a fabrication shop. Some early signs of rot forming inside the back corner of the rocker panels and the start of the rear wheelwell. Initially as I was discovering it and assessing how widespread it was, I lost that rubber drain plug. The welding shop left a hole for me to replace it, however I've been struggling to find the part number. I came across 90950-01882 which I'm not sure will fit because it doesnt list the 100 series as compatible. I could be using the wrong terminology which means I might have missed a thread covering it already.

The specific area in question. Thanks in advance.

I love OEM as much as anyone, but I would measure the hole in inches, go to Ace Hardware and get a suitable rubber plug, then fill that cavity with lots of grease, and pop the plug in the hole.

I don't recall a plug/hole in rear fender well, forward of tire. Could it, have been one made by a shop. One that does undercoating and inside body panel spraying.

If they did rust proofing they did a crappy job because the insides of my rockers dont look too pretty. It looks like it might have been in a flood at some point because theres a water line inside. Or, it was horribly clogged. Only reason I saw inside was because I ran a borescope through the threads for the running boards.

Side note, its real easy to get fluid film inside the rockers if you spray it through said screw openings.

I was wrong. I just went out and look in fenderwell of a 2006 LX. There is a factory plug, hidden under the rubberizer coat.
