Rear wheels not locked in park (1 Viewer)

Got a random question. I was jacking up the front of my 99 today and it started rolling back as soon as both front wheels left the ground. It started rolling fast until i set the front back down and it stopped. My question is, should it do this or do i have a problem? Thanks to all.

Maybe just put on the parking brake and a wheel chock first?
