Hello, I own a Toyota 76 and my rear or trunk door with mounted spare tire slams shut if I part it on an angle. In other words, the hydraulic arm doesn't have enough strength to keep it open. Has anyone found a solution? I would be happy to mount a locker of some sort even if it's aftermarket to keep the door open. I owned an older Prado years ago that had something similar but I wanted to see if anyone had better solutions.
