I think with the SROR you have to remove the cross-member but you can bolt it on to the frame.

You dont have to remove the rear cross member but you do have to cut holes in it. Mine was already butchered from the PO install of a trailer hitch so i cut it out and used the bumper as the third member.

Bullington Speed and Custom(Bull here on Mud) is making me one (i'll be the first prototype) I believe he plans on making these available to the Mud masses. Its gonna be awhile though....

Britklr, how did you end up mounting your license plate and light?

I haven't yet....SROR gave me a mounting bracket that sits in the center of the spare and is bolted on with the lugnuts. I haven't decided how I'm going to do it....once I do, I'll post it.
