I bought some used HFS Jack Springs for the 60 here on mud a while back. I'm going to have them installed this week. What all has to be done. I know I will need longer U-Bolts.

Do I have to buy new shocks? If so what do you recommend?
Do I have to buy new bushings or bolts?

My rear springs are nearly inverted. I can'tput my thumb between the bump stop and the axle. I'm hoping the new (used) HFS springs will remedy the sag. I'm not looking for lift at this point but really want it to stop bottoming out when I go over the speed bumps at my condo.

Any other things I should know? I think I found out there is a front and back to the HFS springs but not a left or right spring.

buy new bushings and pins
if your shocks are good, dont buy
if you have to buy new shocks, i think it's all personal preferance and what you can afford.
get yourself a propane torch, if the old pins and shackles dont want to come out, BURN THEM OUT!
be very carefull with this, you have a gas tank and fuel lines runnin in the back.
the torch will shrink and loosen the old rubber bushings. it really makes life easier using flame

hope it goes well
