Rear sill help

So I'm attempting to cut out the rear sill since theres a bunch of rust under it.
Does anyone have a good video showing how? I did look on YouTube but I just keep finding before and after picture videos.

I looked and looked, I took a basic auto body class and removed the spot welds then went to work on it with a cutting torch. Mine was more rust than metal.

I looked and looked, I took a basic auto body class and removed the spot welds then went to work on it with a cutting torch. Mine was more rust than metal.

I did take out the welds and cut the sides where it's welded to the tub but now I'm stuck because it bends under ontop of the frame. There's no space to get in there to cut. I'm wondering if I just cut on the outer side of the sill then weld it back when it's cleaned.
