Finally got around to doing one side, do the other tomorrow, had to wait for some decent weather to paint the frames, original seals were weathered away to dust

How did you get them out? What was the reinstall steps? Need to do the same with mine.
 
They are glued in with butyl, easy enough to get out, lever between the pinch weld and the frame, gently working around it, awful awful stuff to clean up however, I stuck it back in with 227 sikaflex

Not 100% sure what you mean, the frame is just glued onto the opening with butyl, once it's out you need to undo the centre divider and spread the frame to remove the glass pieces, then clean and paint, replace all the parts, I used a kit from rubber seals Australia which is great, the reassemble and clamp it back in, with the rubber wedges and tubing
